چکیده

This study aimed to determine the influence of weather conditions (air temperature, precipitation and insolation) on quantity nitrogen taken up by soybean plants whose cultivation included an application two biostimulants: Asahi Improver, which have been approved for sale. An isotopic dilution method was used involved mineral fertilisers enriched with isotope 15N (5%) detect fixed from atmosphere, acquired soil fertiliser. Microplots 1 m2, organised form larger units, were planted soybean. The impact meteorological amount as influenced experimental biostimulants estimated using regression trees based C&RT algorithm in STATISTICA 13.3. procedure yielded revealed that, irrespective test biostimulant, atmosphere mainly air temperature July, indicated first most significant branching tree. poorest fixation atmospheric observed when average 24-h July higher than 20.9 °C, quantities being 20.61, 31.33 30.49 kg, respectively, control, Asahi- Improver-treated plots. superior uptake fertiliser, 10.64 (for control) 14.98 kg (in Improver-amended units), found temperatures recorded June did not exceed, 13.15 daily rainfall 5.65 mm. tree model associated indicates just like major factor determining When this went beyond lowest control plants.

Influence of Different Nitrogen Sources on Amount of Chitosan Production by Aspergillus niger in Solid State Fermentation

In this study the effect of different nitrogen source substrates on the amount of chitosan production by Aspergillus niger was investigated. A. niger PTCC 5012 from the Persian Type Culture Collection (PTCC) was grown on soy bean, corn seed and canola residues at 30 °C for specified cultivation days under sterilized conditions. ...

Nitrogen acquisition by plants and microorganisms in a temperate grassland

Nitrogen (N) limitation is common in most terrestrial ecosystems, often leading to strong competition between microorganisms and plants. The mechanisms of niche differentiation to reduce this competition remain unclear. Short-term (15)N experiments with NH4(+), NO3(-), and glycine were conducted in July, August and September in a temperate grassland to evaluate the chemical, spatial and tempora...

Influence of Different Carbon and Nitrogen Sources on Insoluble Inorganic Phosphate Solubilization by Bacillus Subtilis

Phosphate solublization activity of Bacillus subtilis in different carbon and nitrogen sources with insoluble form of phosphate sources like tricalcium phosphate and rock phosphate were studied. TCP solubilization with different carbon sources irrespective of incubation period can be related in the following order: glucose, fructose, arabinose, mannose, sucrose, lactose, and sorbitol. The pH dr...

Nitrogen Sources and Rates Affect Soybean Seed Composition in Mississippi

Soybean (Glycine max L.) seed is a major source of protein, oil, carbohydrates and other nutrients that are important for human and animal nutrition. Producers have considered applying nitrogen (N) fertilizer to soybean crop to maximize seed yield; however, its effect on seed composition is not well understood. The objective of this two-year (2015 and 2016) study was to evaluate the effects of ...
